Judy Boucher for fundraiser

SOMETIME back, we had info that singer Judy Boucher would be in the country on August 10 for a concert to mobilise funds for the contruction of a home for the elderly in Entebbe.

The singer is famous for ballads like Tears on My Pillow and Can’t Be With You Tonight.

It turns out that youthful city businessman Isaac Kisira is behind the project. We have exclusive info that he has already allocated a three-acre piece of land, overlooking Lake Victoria, where the structure will be erected.

“The home will be called the Senior Adult Empire and will be fi tted with all facilities to cater for the elderly,” we overheard Kisira saying.

The Afrigo Band, Angella Kalule and Angella Katatumba will curtain-raise for the aging star.
