The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is the United Nation’s global development network, advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life.

UNDP Uganda Country office has been leading in supporting development efforts based on the Country Programme Action Plan (CPAP) and United Nations Development Assistance Frame work (UNDAF). Within this assistance framework, UNDP Uganda Country Office supports the Government and other non-state actors fulfill their mandate in areas such as poverty reduction, achieving MDGS, reduced risk and impact of natural disasters and assistance in facilitating development.
