President Yoweri Museveni has drummed support for MRM's candidate in Bushenyi Municipality Parliamentary by-elections, Nasser Basajjabalaba.
Basallabalaba is tussling it out with Odo Tayebwa (FDC), Robert Bwarare (independent) and Ismail Kikurwe (independent).
Basajja was declared winner for the Bushenyi Municipality seat with 48% after defeating eight candidates. However the Court of Appeal nullified his election on grounds that the exercise was marred with various irregularities, including voter bribery.
