Kobil to sell majority stake to Swiss firm

Kobil Uganda, one of the oldest downstream fuel companies in the country, is to sell 68% stake to Swiss company, Puma Energy after initial talks with parent company, KenolKobil.

Kobil Uganda, one of the oldest downstream fuel companies in the country, is to sell 68% stake to Swiss company, Puma Energy after initial talks with parent company, KenolKobil. 

Werner Griessel, the Kobil Uganda general manager, said that operations are currently running uninterrrupted as due diligence procedures on the deal near completion. FULL STORY IN E-paper.
