Bad Black skips court due to labour pain

BAD BLACK aka Shanita Namuyimba, a woman accused of swindling over sh20b from Daveshan Development Limited Thursday failed to appear in court for her trial.

Bad Black, who is jointly facing fraud charges with Meddie Ssentongo, a city socialite, failed to turn-up to defend herself against allegations of conspiring to defraud Daveshan Development Limited of sh20b against her .Ssentongo attended court.

In separate count Bad Black is accused of embezzling sh11b from   the same company. She was due to start her defence after court ruled that she has a case to answer.

 Julius Galisonga, the lawyer representing Bad Black told the trial Judge Catherine Bamugemereire of the Anti- Corruption Court that her client had been admitted to International Hospital Kampala, after she started experiencing labour pain.
