Rugby's landlord floored

NALONGO Christine “Gladiator” Kizito also known as landlord because of her imposing size caused momentary panic at Kampala Rugby Club last Saturday after she was floored by a seemingly harmless ball.

Kizito collapsed after she was felled by a 10-year-old Naguru boy keen on learning the game. According to an eye witness, Christine dared the boy to make a conversion kick, with her standing a couple of yards away.

Unfortunately, the ball hit her right breast sending her to the ground where she writhed in pain. Those who initially assumed she was pranking realized the magnitude of her pain when she started calling out her husband’s name.

Luckily for her, there was an ambulance stationed at the grounds as schools rugby took centre stage.
