FORMER KCC FC coach George ‘Best’ Nsimbe is could be headed back to Lugogo. The now Victors FC coach is due to meet and agree terms with the KCC FC officials Tuesday.

Nsimbe confirmed the meeting saying that he was likely to return and coach the team if his terms at the club were clearer than before.

Nsimbe said that KCC team manager Ahmed Kabuye called him with a view to take over from interim tactician Morley Byekwaso and he is due to meet the officials to formalize the employment.

“As long as they come clean and we agree terms clearly, I have no problem. Maybe those way things will be different from the previous time,” Nsimbe said.

Maroons FC coach Asaf Mwebaze is also linked with the job and he has been cited at Lugogo watching KCC train on more than one occasion but efforts to reach Kabuye for clarification were fruitless.

Nsimbe guided KCC to the 2007 Uganda Super League title and went on to push the club to the first round of the CAF champions League.

He fell off the then club chairman Godfrey Kisekka on return from coaching training in Germany and left the club when he refused to work as an assistant to new coach Sam Ssimbwa.

Nsimbe renewed his contract at Victors FC early this season with a vow to propel the club to the top four place at the end of the season but he has managed to end the first round in the 10th place with three wins, seven draws and only four losses in the 14 matches.
