EDITOR—These days Kampala Water sends us our bills by SMS at the beginning of every month. This enables us to know and pay our bills in time.

EDITOR—These days Kampala Water sends us our bills by SMS at the beginning of every month. This enables us to know and pay our bills in time. I would request Umeme to do the same. Umeme sometimes disconnects its customers before even supplying them with bills. Why can’t you emulate National Water?
