WE have always known him to be conscious about the way he looks, what he wears in public and his hygiene, like a typical metro male.

But we were surprised that he could go so far to look good for the camera.
During a recent press briefing at the division offices on Kabaka Anjagala Road, Rubaga Division chairman Peter Ssematimba shocked journalists when he refused to appear on camera before sprucing himself up.
He pulled out a make-up kit and tidied himself up in-front of the journalists. Ours was smart enough to take a quick snapshot of this moment.
