Rude teller at Post Bank!

EDITOR—I recently went to Post Bank Kampala Road to withdrew some money. The teller on counter 2 told me she did not have coins to make up for the total amount of money I wanted.
EDITOR—I recently went to Post Bank Kampala Road to withdrew some money. The teller on counter 2 told me she did not have coins to make up for the total amount of money I wanted.
I suggested she give me only the amount she had but she rudely retorted that I should not be bothering people to look for coins! She even insisted that I fill another withdrawal form to match the amount she had.
Fortunately, her manager intervened and picked coins from her bag and responded to me very kindly. I had never had any problem with Post Bank. I thank the manager for her professional response.
