The incident occurred in Busabala, Wakiso as the Police boss visited the bushes of Kaabuma village, where a mutilated body was found.
Naturally, the IGP found it difficult to keep his stern face and his bodyguards were ill equipped to defend him from the insects. The General had to excuse himself and find a nearby house to kill his six-legged tormentors in private.
