Treat security as a priority

EDITOR: As Ugandans seek justice after the July 11 bombings, I appeal to the Government to treat security for all its citizens, in and out of the country, as a priority.

We need to have a well-planned, facilitated and coordinated internal security system. We should also tighten our immigration laws and monitor the crossborder movement.

I urge all Ugandans to join the fight against terrorrism.
