EDITOR: Recently I was at the Naguru driving testing centre and noticed that everyone who came for the test for a driving permit was mandated to buy a copy of the Highway Code.
EDITOR: Recently I was at the Naguru driving testing centre and noticed that everyone who came for the test for a driving permit was mandated to buy a copy of the Highway Code.
I thank the traffic Police and the works ministry for this initiative to reduce road accidents on our roads through education. If this manual is properly used by the drivers, there is no doubt the accidents on our roads will reduce.
However, this book is only in English and not every driver can read it. I request that it be translated into local languages so that no driver is left out.
