KASESE — Lt. Col. David Karuhanga, the operations and training officer of the Mt. Rwenzori-based brigade, survived death on Tuesday when the vehicle he was travelling in over-turned at Nyakasanga on the Fort Portal road.

KASESE — Lt. Col. David Karuhanga, the operations and training officer of the Mt. Rwenzori-based brigade, survived death on Tuesday when the vehicle he was travelling in over-turned at Nyakasanga on the Fort Portal road. One bodyguard sustained head injuries and was admitted to Kilembe hospital. Eye witnesses said the vehicle overturned thrice and crashed into a bush. Karuhanga said the accident was caused by steering failure.
