UPC man won’t resign

KAMPALA — Uganda People’s Congress (UPC) administrative secretary Edward Ochwo, who was sacked by the UPC Presidential Policy Commissionlast week, has refused to leave office. He was sacked for alleged leaking of party documents to the Government. Ochwo, a former Clerk to Parliament, was also sacked for incompetence.
