MAYUGE – The district chairman, Bakali Tigawalana Ikoba was quizzed by the Police at the CID headquarters for more than two hours yesterday evening. Tigawalana, who was arrested in Jinja on Monday in connection with a murder, spent most of yesterday at Jinja Road Police Station.
