COU bishop retires early

KAMPALA – The Church of Uganda Bishop of North Mbale Diocese, the Rev. Nathan M. Wangolo, has retired.

KAMPALA – The Church of Uganda Bishop of North Mbale Diocese, the Rev. Nathan M. Wangolo, has retired. The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, Livingstone Mpalanyi Nkoyoyo, has taken over the Diocese until a new bishop is elected and enthroned. The Church’s Provincial Communication Secretary, Jackson Turyagyenda declined to give reasons for Wangolo’s early retirement.
