A MAKERERE University lady’s whirlwind romance ended abruptly when she discovered the man of her dreams had an artificial leg.
Doreen, a second year secretarial studies student, recently ended a three months affair.
While narrating the story to friends, Doreen said she met the handsome guy at the Viper Room. The moment they met, she slowly realised he was one guy who cared for her feelings and probably the missing link in her life.
“I prayed the affair led us to marriage after I finished campus,†she said.
The two became close and they toured most of the happening places.
Dick was rich and loved to party. Interestingly on her part, Dick never suggested sex with her at any one time.
They only kissed, something Doreen always initiated. On the fateful day, they planned to have their first sexual encounter.
It is then that he told her of his leg that was amputated after an accident several years ago.
Dick then allegedly removed it and prepared himself for the encounter.
“This confession was all I needed and it has changed everything. I feigned anger over his silence on the matter but in reality I was scared,†she said.
