THE chess league title race continues this weekend with Stephen Kawuma’s Mulago up against James Diiro’s Jinja.

The teams, enjoying a brilliant run, are expected to produce another good display. Mulago will again look to former Olympian Kawuma, one of the team’s top actors.
His brother Moses Kawuma, Emma Bitwire and Kawuma Mutumba are the other players Jinja will have to watch.

Jinja team pairing of the captain Diiro, John Ntende, Kenneth Kaheru and Emma Otela has caused havoc to other teams. It is yet to be seen whether the players will live up to their form.

Title contenders Aviation will play host to Makerere University.
At the sametime, Stephen Kawuma beat Luzira’s Bob Bibasa contrary to earlier reports that he lost. The teams drew 2-2 on Sunday.
