Shaggy!

Mr. Bombastic aka Shaggy (pictured) last year’s world’s best selling artist, is due here in Kampala for a one off concert on New Year’s eve. Reliable sources tell us that the Jamaican-born, US-based singer, has been signed up to play here by two of Uganda’s influential business men. What we know for sure though is that Speke Resort Munyonyo and Angenoir Discotheque are some of the sponsors.
