A Makerere University student, only identified as Musa had the shock of his life when his trousers were stolen as he was answering nature’s call in the toilet.

The incident occurred in Nsibirwa Hall when the unsuspecting Musa entered the toilet and placed his pair of trousers and clipboard above the door.

He panicked when he saw a hand reaching out for his pair of trousers from the other end. He immediately postponed whatever he was doing, opened the door and began chasing the thief while shouting at the top of his voice.

This drew the attention of the residents who were shocked to see him in a pair of boxers and holding toilet paper in one hand and sweating profusely.

Unfortunately the thief was too fast for poor Musa. Sympathisers collected his clipboard from the top of the door and as a gesture of consolation contributed sh4700 for him.

This is not the first time such a thing has happened in Makerere’s halls of residence.
