MP Nabwiso Sweats For Sh500!

It was all about counting the shillings for Frank Nabwiso, MP for Kagoma in Jinja District on Monday. Rather than pay sh3,000 to have the luxury of a special hire to whisk him to Parliament, the stingy Nabwiso opted to use a general special hire where two passengers share the front seat and in the back five passengers are crammed like sardines. The hapless MP sat sweating in a heat filled dilapidated special at the Kisimenti stage near Capital FM for close to an hour waiting for the taxi to fill up all in a bid to save sh2,500 for a trip from Kisementi to Parliament. Using a general special meant he only had to fork out sh500!
