THE Nakawa division council has adapted a motion to censure three members of the executive committee for failure to adapt council resolutions and their involvement in the Nakawa/Naguru estates saga.
During the end-of-year council meeting held at Nagulu Community Hall and chaired by the Nakawa speaker, Benjamin Kalumba, councillors resolved to censure the vice-chairperson of the division, Mukasa Patrick, the secretary of education and sports, Constance Kembabazi and Stephen Kabuleta, the secretary for health and security.
Twenty-one councillors supported the motion, while 14 others voted against it.
