FIRMS will survive the global economic crisis by employing people with integrity and enhancing their capabilities, the Prime Minister, Prof. Apolo Nsibambi, has said.
“It is harder to train someone to have integrity, good judgement, energy and the drive to get things done than to train a bright, willing novice in your business. Organisations succeed or fail because of the people involved,†Nsibambi observed.
