IT began with two rival telecom companies scrambling to sign up The Goodlyfe Crew of Radio and Weasel. MTN eventually signed them up and even sponsored their Nyambura Album launch.
IT began with two rival telecom companies scrambling to sign up The Goodlyfe Crew of Radio and Weasel. MTN eventually signed them up and even sponsored their Nyambura Album launch.
According to the terms of their contract, the singers were not supposed to perform at any function associated with their rival company. They swore to abide by the monogamy arrangement during their press conference at MTN Towers.
But a few days down the road, they breached the contract and performed at the Orange Carnival, Orange Telecom’s mega launch, where the American singer Shaggy, performed.
MTN rightly interpreted it as a breach and the duo may lose their contract with the company.
