We have too many RDCs

EDITOR—The legislators are right on slashing the number of presidential advisers and resident district commissioners (RDCs).

I doubt all presidential advisers contribute to the president’s vision.
Over 50 advisers is a big number, yet more ministerial posts also keep coming up.

How can each district have two RDCs? The Government reportedly intends to appoint more RDCs to be in charge of patriotic clubs. This would tantamount to misuse of taxpayers’ money.
