SAMUEL Obol netted a hat-trick as Gulu United FC took the Gulu Idd Cup at Pece Primary School ground on Sunday. The club aims to make it to Super League next season.

SAMUEL Obol netted a hat-trick as Gulu United FC took the Gulu Idd Cup at Pece Primary School ground on Sunday.
New Gulu coach Leo Adraa said the match showed his side’s defence had improved ahead of the First Divison soccer league competition.
The club aims to make it to Super League next season.
“My priority is building a strong defence then I will move in stages to other areas,†Adraa commented.
Kagongi edged Rubindi FC 1-0 to lift the Idd Cup in Mbarara on Sunday.
Both teams received a set of uniforms donated by Urban Tibamanya, the state minister for urban planning. Tibamanya also donated a football to each team.
