FOUR of the five best students of Merryland High School in Entebbe want to pursue telecommunication engineering.

Daniel Kato got AAAA in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Technical Drawing. Kato was also the best in O’level in Gombe S.S two years ago.
“My pastors at Holy Gospel Church in Namasuba helped me make it,” he said.

Cleave Maseruka, who scored AAAB, said: “God has made me achieve my dream of studying telecommunication engineering. My teachers helped me a lot.”

Resurrection Nuwa-manya, the best girl at the school, said: “I did Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Entrepreneurship, but my love is telecommunications,” she said.

Martin Kivumbi scored 4AABB. Since both his parents are involved in business, Kivumbi has his eyes set on international business.
