Salon operators irritate me

I am incensed by salon operators on the roadsides who have made it a habit to pour dirty water on the roads. Apart from jeopardising public health, they make the roads look unsightly.

I think Ugandans should become a little more reasonable and behave in a more civilised manner. If these people have nowhere to dispose of their dirty water, then they should close shop and try some other businesses.
