Without giving reasons, Bakkabulindi on Saturday replaced Hafswa Nabukeera with Dr. Hajat Misa Kabanda as the new vice chairperson of the Nakivubo board, saying that Kabanda’s promotion was a normal procedure in restructuring of the stadium management staff.
