The Inspectorate of Government should quickly move to Iganga and visit some schools where headteachers have submitted teachers’ names to be removed from the payroll but have been frustrated by the education and personnel officials.

Strangely some qualified teachers cannot be recruited because the district has ‘reached the recruitment ceiling’. The IGG should begin with Luuka county.
