I am dismayed by the way the National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) handles its clients! I reported a case to them about a leaking pipe at Col Bell’s premises where water penetrates through his fence and flows into our houses and has started damaging them.
The officer told me that they fear the colonel! Why do they fear him? The water has formed a drainage through Mr. Kigozi’s place and that is why his bill, according to the new vision of May 15, is high. NWSC, please go and stop the leakage, the colonel will not bite you. Please help us.
