EDITOR—i have never known the role of the Nurses Council from the time we registered with the council. Immediately we pay the sh100,000, they just abandon us and wait for more money at the renewal of registration.
EDITOR—i have never known the role of the Nurses Council from the time we registered with the council. Immediately we pay the sh100,000, they just abandon us and wait for more money at the renewal of registration.
The role of the council is certainly not following up nurses’ welfare or career. There is too much oppression especially in private hospitals. There is too much work with too little pay! The Nurses Council has totally forgotten to protect the rights of nurses, and entitlements. This has resulted in intolerable suffering for nurses.
