West Budama MP William Oketcho and Tororo Woman MP Grace Aburu are perturbed by the rate at which Kenyan refugees are flocking into Uganda.

But what they are really worried about is that most toilets in Malaba, Busia and Tororo towns are filling up and that when the school term opens, students in affected schools will have nowhere to go for relief. Oketcho cited St. Jude Primary school, saying the district has no capacity to dig new toilets.

He said some refugees were getting married to Ugandan men so that they would not have to go back. He feared they would multiply and exert pressure on the resources.
