Editor — I completed four years for a Bachelor of Commerce (external) at Makerere University three years ago. I cannot graduate because I had a retake in Principles of Economics.

Each time I want to do the retake, I am told that the paper has been phased out. My patience is wearing thin because I am missing a lot of opportunities. The Faculty of Economics and Management, through the Department of Distance Education, should do something about my fate.
