FOR all his grandiose lifestyle, singer Bebe Cool is not known to own a house, a fact that rival musicians with fancy houses have capitalised on to make him feel out of place.

FOR all his grandiose lifestyle, singer Bebe Cool is not known to own a house, a fact that rival musicians with fancy houses have capitalised on to make him feel out of place.

Well, it seems to have worked because Cool is doing something about it.

Snoops have come across architectural plans and models of a futuristic luxury multi-million mansion the singer plans to construct on his land adjacent to Kiwatule Recreation Centre.

The plans and models have the logo of Icon Consortium, Nairobi-based architects, interior designs and construction consultants.

The structure is a storeyed four-bedroom house. The house will have an in-house theatre, a two-car garage, pantry, kitchen, laundry, a guestroom and a swimming pool.

Together with the land (estimated at sh68m), Cool’s project, which is slated to kick off at the end of this month, is expected to cost about sh1b when fully complete.

Question is, can he pull it off?
