Otafiire is right

EDITOR—I would like to comment on the attitude of the chairman of the naguru and nakawa housing estates. He thinks that the local government minister, kahinda otafiire, has a hidden agenda in the eviction of the tenants from the estates.
EDITOR—I would like to comment on the attitude of the chairman of the naguru and nakawa housing estates. He thinks that the local government minister, kahinda otafiire, has a hidden agenda in the eviction of the tenants from the estates.
During my field study, one of the places I visited was these estates but the situation is alarming. the roofs of the buildings are about to fall off although the tenants are screaming that they be given priority to develop the estates.
They have even failed to pay the annual rental fee which is some little money. the government wants to build flats which can accommodate more people to deal with serious housing shortage. Let us plan and develop Uganda for a better tomorrow.
