IDP returnees lack water
LIRA -Returnees from displaced persons camps in Lira district are facing a water crisis. Persons from Orum, Olilim and Aloi sub-counties are collecting water installed by the humanitarian agencies in their former camps. “People are walking 10kms to look for water. This is because boreholes and all water points in the villages had been broken down when people fled to camps,” Albino Okello Obwogi, the Aloi LC3 chairman, said on Monday.
