FLASHBACK: On September 16, 2003, Aruu County MP, Odonga Otto, dressed in a cream suit and red tie carried his baby, Twiggy, in the company of his ‘wife’ who was dressed in a long-sleeved blue blouse and black trousers, to the steps of Parliament.

The move was an open protest to what Otto called claims by a fellow MP and Cabinet minister in the media, that he (Otto) was a boy. Otto told the fully-packed House: “I have brought my daughter Twiggy to disprove (her) allegations that I am childless.”

Fast forward to last Friday: Otto was officially engaged to Juliet Oyulu (not the woman in the earlier picture) at his home in Ndejje, Wakiso district. To witness this were Parliament Speaker Edward Ssekandi, FDC President Col Kizza Besigye, Kasilo MP Elijah Okupa and other VIPs.

Question is: What really happened to Maama Baby, Hon. Otto?
