EDITOR—I wish to commend Stirling Engineering Services, the contractors working on the Busunju-Kiboga-Hoima road. They have done a good job especially along the Busunju-Kiboga stretch.

The road used to be very dusty and I used to think that tarmacking it was a dream. However, when I travelled to Kiboga through Busunju, Kikandwa and Bukomero last week, I could not believe my eyes! The road is now smooth with most parts tarmacked!
It is only the section between Busunju and Kikandwa that is yet to be tarmacked. It also needs tarmack like the the rest of the road. I request the contractors to put up signposts along the road to warn travellers to avoid accidents. Otherwise, I must say there has been a big change. Bravo, Stirling!
