are complaints about the colour of tap water while the people of Bwaise are terrorised by floods. The wetlands in and around kampala are disappearing when NEMA is just looking on!
Visit Bwaise today and you will see new buildings being built in wetlands.
Don’t we have experts in environment to carry out the impact assesment on the environment? The only person who seems to have built in a wetland is Godfrey Nyakaana!
But when you visit the wetlands in and around kampala there are many buildings coming up and yet nobody is raising a fingure!
