MEN’s seventh beach volleyball seed Amon Ainebyona single-handedly helped National Water and Sewerage Corporation win the eighth edition of Corporate Beach Volleyball at Lido beach on Sunday.

MEN’s seventh beach volleyball seed Amon Ainebyona single-handedly helped National Water and Sewerage Corporation win the eighth edition of Corporate Beach Volleyball at Lido beach on Sunday.
With the help of the MVP, NWSC, who had won all their preliminary games in straight sets, lifted the trophy on their debut after dethroning favourites Jubilee Insurance 2-1.
Ainebyona had a field day, scoring an average of eight points in the three-set final.
The winners had ejected Uganda Microfinance Limited in the first semi-final, while National Insurance Corporation fell to Jubilee Insurance.
Uganda Microfinance Limited took third place after defeating National Insurance Corporation 2-1 in the play-off.
The New Vision pulled out at the eleventh hour after their players were called for other immediate assignments.
