THE family of Pastor Geoffrey Ocan of Bridge Builder’s Church (BBC) in Gulu could not hide their excitement when The New Vision broke the news that their daughter, Lawino Abigail, 17, from Wanyange girls School in Jinja district, emerged the best in the O’ level results released on Wednesday.
The members left all business and joined Lawino to celebrate her good performance.
The excited Lawino said, “I had a feeling that I would be the best student because I got aggregate 9 in 8 subjects during the mock examination. I want to become an electrical engineer.”
Lawino abandoned food on fire to attend to the New Vision reporters at their home along Queen’s avenue in Gulu town.
