INDUSTRIES should seek International Standards Organisation (ISO) certificates to freely access foreign markets, Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) executive director Dr. Terry Kahuma has said.
“Only Sugar Corporation of Uganda sells sugar abroad,†he said recently.
The scenario incapitates many local industries from selling their products beyond Uganda.
