FOREIGN affairs minister Sam Kutesa has warned that the government will not handle election violence culprits with kid gloves.
Kutesa (right) told a rally at Kayunga in Mateete sub-county, Sembabule district on Tuesday, that he had instructed the Police to arrest Vincent Ankula, a resident suspected of tearing down President Yoweri Museveni’s posters.
Kutesa, who is also Mawogola MP, warned NRM supporters against supporting independent candidates.
