A DRUNKEN army officer yesterday morning stunned residents of Wandegeya, a city suburb, when he emerged from a toilet with feaces all over his body.
A DRUNKEN army officer yesterday morning stunned residents of Wandegeya, a city suburb, when he emerged from a toilet with feaces all over his body.
Herbert Ssempogo reports that the 11:00am incident that threw the busy suburb into chaos, occurred minutes after the Major failed to restart a green Toyota Corona vehicle, H45F 411, which he had earlier been driving, wandegeya Police chief Musa Nabende said.
Frustrated by the failure to start the vehicle that he had parked in the Wandegeya market yard, the officer headed to the toilets, Nabende said.
“He came out of the toilets but he was covered with feaces and he started shouting and running after people as if he wanted to arrest them,†he said, adding that four Police officers arrested him but he was later whisked away by the Military Police to Makindye.
