Thugs in Kalerwe, Bwaise!

SIR — I wish to inform the police and other law enforcers about the rampant insecurity around Kalerwe and Bwaise slums.
SIR — I wish to inform the police and other law enforcers about the rampant insecurity around Kalerwe and Bwaise slums.
The leaders in the area seem to be insensitive about the situation because the culprits are their acquintancies.
Many thugs roam the place smoking marijuana and this is partly responsible for the rampant criminal acts in the area. I request Maj Gen Kale Kayihura and his team to swoop down on the area and clean it of the thugs once and for all. As of now, it seems as if there is no one in control.
