  • It is important to go jogging only after complete digestion. The duration of digestion depends on the type of food eaten. Complete digestion takes 3 to 4 hours.

  • Meats, fatty and oily foods need longer time for digestion. The QUANTITY of food in a meal will also influence the duration of the digestion process.
