The exercise started recently at Balla, Ireda, Erute, Olaka, Lira P.7, the sub-county and Abako camps. Families received foodstuffs, shoes, clothes and soap. The relief officer for All Nations Christian Care, J.P. Eyati, advised youth against early marriages.
