He said the Toposa were ordered out because they were encouraging gun trafficking in Uganda.

“These people leave Sudan with their guns and when they enter Uganda, they exchange a gun for a bull or cow with the Karimojong,” Lodou said, adding that the Toposa left Sudan due to drought. addressing the press at parliament on Friday, Lodou said Sudan’s lack of water should not be Uganda’s problem.
